We know that you may have some questions about booking the villa, what is included or the local area, we will always try to guide and help you.

To make a booking, firstly view the availability calendar to check that the dates you require are available. The preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will try be flexible - if organised and agreed in advance. Please plan to arrive between 16:00 to 19:00 and depart by 10:00 latest. Respecting these times allows us to properly clean and prepare the villa for the next guests. It may be possible for luggage to be dropped/collected at a pre-arranged time on arrival/departure days, if this helps.

A 25% non-returnable deposit, minimum £150.00, secures your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £250 is required which will be returned within 14 days of completing the holiday. We will provide a full rental agreement and payment details if the dates you requested are available. The agreement will provide our full address and contact details so you can be feel comfortable in knowing you have booked with genuine owners who care about the property and that you have a great time whilst there.

PayPal payments accepted - 3% surcharge. Credit card payments via PayPal accepted - 3% surcharge.
